Buying Policy






	We offer Immediate Payment or Store Credit on the spot for your gently used items. You choose!

	Clothing must be in good condition, freshly washed, lightly pressed and of current style (within the last three years.) We do not accept any clothing with rips, stains or pills. Since we use uniform hangers to make your shopping experience easier; Please bring childrens' clothing neatly laid flat, buttoned, snapped and sets paired together in a laundry basket or similar sized rubbermaid tote. Sorry, but we are unable to accept any items in bags, cardboard boxes or oversized totes.

	Items such as maternity clothing, which tend to wrinkle, should be brought in pressed and hung.

	Childrens' clothing and Maternity Fashions do require that an appointment be scheduled in advance. Just contact the store of your choice and our friendly staff will be happy to work with you in making an appointment. Since quality is important to us, we wish to give your clothing items our undivided attention. This means that when you shop in our stores, only the best merchandise will there for you to select from.

	Seasonal Buying Guidelines- Spring and Summer clothing will generally be accepted from Jan. 15th to May 15th. Fall and Winter clothing will generally be accepted from July 15th through Nov. 15th. We may choose not to buy certain sizes toward the end of a buying season or we may choose to extend the season for certain sizes that are harder for us to acquire. It is best to try and bring your clothing early in the season. If it is toward the end of our buying season, please call us to see what sizes we may or may not be looking for.

	Toys, Equipment and Furniture Items do not necessarily require an appointment, call for details. Please make sure that everything is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with bleach. We are sorry, but visible dirt or staining usually means that an item will have to be turned away. All items must be in working order, include all original parts and meet the current safety standards. If you bring an item that has been recalled and repaired then all documentation received from the manufacturer must accompany the item. We thoroughly inspect each item to insure that it meets these requirements. Again, this means that when you shop in our stores, only the best merchandise will there for you to select from.

	IMPORTANT: Toddler and Infant Car Seats must be four years old or less, and cannot have been involved in even a minor accident to enable us to purchase them from you. This is a government safety requirement, and as such is very important to you as a consumer. Toddler and Infant car seats now expire 7(seven) years from their date of manufacture. By purchasing car seats that are less than four years old, we ensure that you may use them for at least three years from the date you purchase them from our stores. Parents should make sure to discontinue use of any carseat older than 7 (seven) years from their date of manufacture.
